Experience:

Mr. Fisher has tried forty-five jury trials to conclusion in the superior and federal courts involving inverse condemnation, police excessive force, governmental tort liability, insurance bad faith, breach of contract, and securities fraud. Many of these trials involved exposures in the seven-figure range.

Mr. Fisher has argued more than forty appeals and writs before the state and federal appellate courts and the California Supreme Court. Fifteen have resulted in published opinions. He frequently writes and lectures on governmental liability.
