Mr. Goldberg has extensive trial experience. He has represented insurers on issues of coverage and bad faith. He has also arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. He has served as a Los Angeles Superior Court Arbitrator and as a C.R.A.S.H. settlement officer.

Mr. Goldberg has been involved with several cases exceeding seven figures. He has also argued cases before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit. He also serves as the board member in charge of legal affairs for the West Valley Soccer League.
