Mr. Lent has extensive experience in handling the legal matters of the entertainment industry. He has provided services in the areas of motion picture and television clearance, acquisition and licensing of intellectual property. Since 1985 Mr. Lent has been involved in prosecuting and defending claims in the business and entertainment industries, including copyright and trademark master licensing and distribution of motion picture and television productions. He also has broad experience in cases involving breach of contract and misappropriation of name or likeness issues, as well as defamation, idea submission, idea theft, and trade secret cases.
