Ms. McKelvey has been a speaker on various topics, including mandamus issues and e-discovery. Two recent examples: The Top Ten: The Most Important Government Liability Cases in the Last Year (California Association of Joint Powers Authorities, 2009); Elimination of Bias (Los Angeles County Counsel, 2009).
